Not sure if I can explain it well, but here goes. Pipe icing on the cake in concentric circles, when you finish that, use a toothpick to drag through the circles from the center out, it will drag the icing along to make a web design. Cobwebs are dust that forms in corners. Spiders don’t have anything to do with it.
